Web Submission & Review System is operated with the Account (User-ID and Password).
If your Account was not created because of special reasons, please create the new Account by the chairperson or by the author after notifying the chairperson.

This web page is used for Manuscript Submission and Review. The steps are as follows:

1. Authors upload the manuscript following Manuscript Submission Process on the Web (for Authors).
Prepare the manuscript in a pdf file. If you have troubles in making pdf files, contact the relevant Editor(Chairperson) for assistance.
Download Copyright Transfer Form in MS-word MS-Word or in pdfpdf. Upload the file with your signiture by the time of final acceptance.

2.Reviewesr are nominated by theEditor(Chairperson) to review the manuscript according to the Peer-review Policy.
On request by the Editor(Chairperson), User-ID for the Reviewer is automatically delivered. The User-ID is different from the one as an auhtor.

3. Privacy between the Authors and Reviewers is secured on the website with the passwords.

4. Inquire the submission deadline of the relevant Chairperson (Editor).

5. Editors'(Chairpersons') website is not this page but another page.
